I felt stuck and stagnant in Sydney, so I took the boys to the Blue Mountains for a week, to breathe in the fresh air and clear my head. I came back feeling unstuck, refreshed and in a totally different frame of mind. We yelled coooooeeeeeeeeee across the valleys and sang at the top of our lungs while walking along valley walls and down into canyons.
